A job with clear details
Write the job once. Include the location, description, timing, equipment, and access details so nobody has to guess.
For the small business sending people out every day — deliveries, service calls, pickups, hauling, and hands-on work.
You make the call. We keep it together.
Dispatch Openly gives you a clear home for your jobs and the people doing them. Offer the work, see the replies, choose your person, and follow the job through completion.
It isn't a marketplace, a staffing agency, or a trucking-only tool. You bring the people you trust. We give you a better way to coordinate them.

Everything that goes with the job
Write the job once. Include the location, description, timing, equipment, and access details so nobody has to guess.
Save names, phone numbers, and emails. Choose which of your drivers, couriers, workers, or contractors to offer each job to.
People can accept, decline, or send a price with availability and notes. Compare the replies together and award the job.
The person awarded the job marks on the way, arrived, and complete. Their updates appear on your job control panel.
Your worker uploads photos from their job link. Keep those pictures with the work instead of hunting through messages.
Each person gets a unique job link. No account to create and no app to install. Treat those links as private — anyone holding one can access that offer.
No. Each person opens their private job link in a browser, replies or bids, and updates the work if you award it to them.
Not currently. The Text and Email buttons prepare the job message in your own messaging or email app. You send it yourself, or copy the message into another conversation.
No. Use it for delivery drivers, field workers, couriers, haulers, and contractors. The current workspace calls your dispatch contacts “drivers,” but they can be anyone you send out to do work.
No. It tracks job status submitted by your workers, not live GPS locations. Route optimization, customer tracking links, and automatic dispatch are not currently included.
No. A bid records an offered price; it is not a payment. You and the worker agree on the work and handle payment separately.
