Your account

By creating an account or using Dispatch Openly, you agree to these terms. Provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and only use the service if you can legally enter into an agreement. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Your jobs and your people

Dispatch Openly helps you offer work, collect replies and bids, award jobs, and record progress. We are not a carrier, employer, staffing agency, broker, or emergency dispatch service. You are responsible for selecting qualified people and checking licenses, insurance, work permissions, safety requirements, and any laws that apply to your business.

A bid or job award is not a payment. Agreements about scope, price, completion, disputes, and payment are between you and the person doing the work. Confirm important arrangements directly.

Your content and private links

You own the job details, contact information, bids, notes, and photos you provide. You grant Openly a limited permission to store and display that content to operate the service. Only upload information and photos you have permission to share.

Each worker's job link grants access to that offer. Anyone holding the link may view it or act through it. Share links only with the intended person, and avoid sensitive personal details in job descriptions.

Messages and status updates

Text and Email buttons open your own messaging or email app; you send the prepared message yourself. Carrier and provider fees may apply. Get any necessary recipient consent and do not send spam.

Progress is reported by the worker. It is not live GPS tracking, guaranteed delivery, or independent verification of completion. Maintain your own safety and communication procedures.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful work, fraud, harassment, unsolicited messages, unsafe instructions, or attempts to access another person's account or data. Do not disrupt the service or upload malicious material. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

Service and billing

The service is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation. Keep copies of records you need for your business. The announced plan is $19 USD per month with a 7-day trial including 50 new dispatch jobs, followed by 500 new dispatch jobs per monthly billing period. Searches are not metered. Each created job counts once; deleting it does not restore usage. Allowances do not roll over and there are no automatic overage charges.

Subscription checkout, trial timing, and usage limits are not active yet. Current account creation does not purchase a subscription or start a timed trial. Renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be presented before purchase. See Billing, Cancellation & Refunds.

Responsibility and ending access

To the extent permitted by law, Openly and EaryDigital are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, transport incidents, or disputes between dispatchers and workers. Nothing in these terms removes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

You can stop using the service and request account deletion through Support. We may restrict access for violations of these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date on this page.
