A job people can say yes to
Include the pickup or work location, what needs doing, the time window, equipment needed, and access instructions. For a delivery, add the destination and a contact name when appropriate.
Be specific about scope. “Pick up six boxes from the front desk and deliver to the warehouse by 3 PM” is clearer than “Need a delivery.”
Compare more than the price
Read the bid amount, availability, and notes together. The lowest bid isn't always the right fit. Check that the person can meet the timing and has the qualifications and equipment the job needs.
Confirm any payment arrangement directly. The app records a bid but does not pay the worker.
Finish with a clear record
Ask the awarded worker to mark On the way, Arrived, and Job complete as the work progresses. Where useful, request before-and-after photos from their private job link.
Keep photos focused on the work. Get permission and avoid personal documents, faces, or sensitive details that don't need to be in the record.
Keep private links private
Each person's job link gives access to that offer. Send the right link to the right person and don't post it in a public group or on social media.
Check the recipient before sending. If a link reaches the wrong person, contact Support and coordinate with your crew directly.
Know what the app does
